Get Notified of Pool Closures by Text

Sign up to get notified of pool closures or other important emergency information. This is an opt-in service and you can opt-out at anytime, by registering on PayHOA. If you’ve already registered your phone and email address, you don’t need to do anything else.

Cashless Concessions

Now you can pay for pool snacks and drinks without cash. We are introducing Pool Pass Portal, which will allow you to add credit to your account, and get a barcode that you can show to the pool staff.

In this marketplace you can purchase items redeemable at your facility. After checkout, you will receive an email with a Ticket to present at your facility. The attendant will scan the Ticket to redeem your products. You can also add money to the Ticket, which like a gift card, can be used to purchase items, such as concessions, at your facility.

You can visit this marketplace again using the link in the email to purchase additional items and add funds to the same Ticket.

  1. How do I register for Pool Pass?

Come see us at the pool! We have imported all information that we received through the HOA portal and the lifeguards are all trained to collect more information from you, add on family membership, children, grandchildren, and more - it only takes about 5 minutes of your time, so come on down during normal business hours and the staff can get you all set up.

  2. How do I register guests, and family members?

You will need to bring them to the pool with you and the staff will register them on Pool Pass.

  3. When will I get my Pool Pass?
