Pay HOA Dues

You can now Pay your HOA Dues online.

We are excited to now be able to accept payments for your HOA dues online. While we will still offer you the option to pay by check, you can now conveniently pay from your computer or phone.

2024 Due Date(s) and amounts:

  • Annually: Due by February 15th ($508).

  • Quarterly: Due on Feb 15th, May 15th, Aug 15th, and Nov 15th ($127)

Common Questions and Answers

  1. How do I pay my HOA dues?
    You pay your annual or quarterly dues in one of three ways:

    1. Registering or Logging in to PayHOA. This is the preferred method

    2. Send a check to the following remittance to:
      High Woodlands Homeowner's Association
      11600 NE 148th Court,
      Kirkland 98034, WA

    3. Pay via your bank’s Bill Payer Service.
      Please consult your bank’s website for more information.

    4. Pay by Bank Card (Zelle), by going to your bank’s Zelle service and send payment to: hoa_dues@highwoodlands.com. Please include your lot number in the description. You can check if your bank supports Zelle by clicking here. If your bank supports Zelle, please consult your bank for information on how to pay.

  2. What are my fees?
    For 2024, the dues are $508 annually, or $127 quarterly.

  3. When are the payments due?
    Pay in full by February 15th and deduct $10.00 as an early payment bonus. Pay quarterly with due dates of Feb 15th, May 15th, Aug 15th, and Nov 15th.

  4. Do I get a discount?
    If you are aged 62 or over, you qualify for a senior discount of $30. As in the past, the senior discount can be withheld from your final payment. Please email the treasurer at "treasurer@highwoodlands.com" a copy of your drivers license (if you haven't done so previously).

    We also will be offering a credit back to any homeowner that donates 3 hours (or more) of work to the association. Watch our website and newsletter for opportunities to help. A one-time refund of $25.00 will be credited back to you after we document your involvement at the end of the year. The hours and activities must be approved by the board in advance to qualify for this.
