#2 Zelle (Bank Card)
By going to your bank’s Zelle service and send payment to: hoa_dues@highwoodlands.com. Please include your lot number in the description. You can check if your bank supports Zelle by clicking here. If your bank supports Zelle, please consult your bank for information on how to pay.

When do I need to pay my HOA dues by?
If you pay the annual dues by February 15th.
If paid after February 15th, a late fee will be applied and the amount will increase to $555 and if not paid by March 15 will incur a quarterly delinquent interest charge (10% annually) of $14 bringing the total due to $569.
Dues not paid by April 1st will be sent to our legal team for collections at the expense of the homeowner.
