December 2, 2025
Dear Homeowner,
The member’s annual meeting of the High Woodlands Homeowners Association (HWHOA) will be held on Monday, January 12th, at 7.30 PM at Our Redeemer Lutheran Church, where the 2026 budget will be presented to you, the home owner member, after being approved by the board of trustees in December’s meeting. The Members will also be electing a maximum of three trustees.
Looking back on 2025, we had another positive year across the board. Our community pool had no staff shortage or closures for three years running.
This year, our community was once again delighted by the customary social events, which were meticulously organized by Jessica Carter. These events included the Easter Egg Hunt, Ice Cream Social, and End of Season Float.
In 2026, we will continue to invest in maintenance across our pool and park in a responsible manner, while adding a modest amount to our financial reserves.
In light of the continuing increase in labor and material costs for the pool, where we spent over $60k in repairs/upgrades, along with lifeguard wages, we are again increasing the HOA annual dues in line with the Consumer Price Index (CPI) increase from $523 to $540 due January 1st. If paid after February 15th, a late fee will be applied and the amount will increase to $555 and if not paid by March 15 will incur a quarterly delinquent interest charge (10% annually) of $14 bringing the total due to $569.
You can pay your HOA dues through any of the following methods:
Please ensure you include your name clearly, along with lot #.
- #1 Check
Make the check payable to:

We thank you for being part of our community and hope to continue to deliver memories for you and your family.
